Safety Guide
Fireworks are a celebration, and celebrations should be safe. Please follow these guidelines every time you use fireworks.
Adult Supervision
Fireworks should always be lit and handled by a responsible adult. Keep children and pets at a safe distance at all times.
Stay Sober & Read Packaging
Never handle fireworks while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Always read and follow the instructions printed on the packaging before use.
Do Not Investigate Malfunctions
If a firework fails to ignite or function properly, do not approach or attempt to relight it. Leave it and keep others away.
Wait & Douse Safely After Use
After fireworks have finished burning, wait a reasonable time before approaching, then douse the remains with water before disposal.
Never Aim at People or Property
Never point or aim fireworks at people, animals, vehicles or buildings. Always light and use fireworks in a clear, open, supervised area.
